Some members of The Friends of St. Mary's Association came along to school today to officially hand over a cheque for £485 to Macmillan Cancer Care. Our Year 4 and Year 6 pupils have thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Local Library Schools Programme this month. They completed a range of activities to develop their understanding of Fiction and Non-Fiction as well as listening to a range of stories and poetry. On the 26th September The Friends of St. Mary's held a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care. The morning was a great success with the final total raised amounting to £485.
